From the reviews
This is such a unique space. We hosted a rehearsal dinner and it was perfected. The venue is so fascinating, the place seems to go on and on. Every room has unique details. Most rooms feel very maximalist, but the outside venue space was very classy. Definitely a little bit for everyone.
I met Tahara at a bridal show and set up a time for me and my now husband to go tour the venue. After only walking into the foyer and seeing two rooms, I said “this is the place! This is where I want my wedding reception!”.
Attended a wedding here and it was so beautifully done. We started with hors d'oeuvres on the covered porches. The ceremony was outside followed by a lovely reception inside the classic Georgian interiors. A great experience!
The first time I asked to visit the venue, Tahara welcomed me the day of. Tahara is the #1 reason I went with HRHG because she cares about you and the event and she is so willing to help you no matter what. She was very prompt to my text messages/emails/calls and very attentive.
Getting married at Hoover Randle Home & Gardens
Hoover Randle Home & Gardens comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Hoover Randle Home & Gardens
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Hoover Randle Home & Gardens — garden venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
