What couples say again and again
“I have never seen a venue as thoughtfully planned and beautifully executed as Heigh Garden.”
From the reviews
I have worked in the wedding industry for over 20 years mainly in Charlottesville, VA; Chapel Hill, NC; and Chapel Hill, NC. I have never seen a venue as thoughtfully planned and beautifully executed as Heigh Garden.
Absolutely recommend this event location in Charleston! Our 10-year high school reunion took place here recently & we were all impressed. The venue has a great ambiance, features a well-stocked bar, aesthetic indoor area, clean bathrooms, an expansive reception area with ample seating, a large event tent, plenty of…
As a wedding photographer / videographer, venues can make or break your photos, and this venue is AMAZING! The staff is incredibly kind and always willing to go above and beyond for couples! I’ve had many weddings here and they are always beautiful!!! Highly recommend!!!
We had our 35th high school reunion there!! It was such an amazing and beautiful venue!! Julie and everyone that worked there were professional and very welcoming!! Strongly recommend!!!
Getting married at Heigh Garden
Heigh Garden comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
