It's hard to explain how incredible this venue is. To start, Essie and Mike are one-of-a-kind. They're responsive, caring, thoughtful and amenable. Simply put, it's a joy to work with them and we would plan many more events at Flanagan Farm if we could. The venue itself is spectacular.
We absolutely cherished our time at Flanagan Farm!! We hosted our wedding at the Farm, and one of the most special parts was our families being able to stay in the farmhouse from Wednesday through Sunday of wedding weekend. Everything was perfect, well maintained, and wonderful.
We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience working with Essie and Mike! They are absolutely wonderful people, who work with you from even before you book to help make your dream wedding come to life.
I was there helping install their roof system. Owner was very nice n easy to talk to. One of the most beautiful properties I've ever worked on. You get so much beautiful land, the barn style hall looks out over a wide open field. Wish I had time to take pictures.
Getting married at Flanagan Farm
Flanagan Farm comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
