Found this little gem on Google while searching for an RV spot. Gary & his wife Amy are very nice & friendly. RV spots are nice & clean. Full hookups & let's not forget the absolutely gorgeous gardens Gary has created. What an absolute perfect place for a wedding or special event also. Will definitely recommend!
We stayed in the RV park with our kids here and it was beautiful! We traveled from Florida staying in small family owned places and the kids said this was their favorite spot. The scenery is BEAUTIFUL, the hosts are so friendly and helpful and we got to fish, kids caught frogs and saw lightning bugs for the first time.
Creekwood Gardens was one of the highlights of our cross country trip from Florida to California. The incredibly talented landscape designer, Gary, was very friendly and welcoming during our stay.
What a beautiful surprise. This campground is really lovely. Our site was very level. Gary guided us to the site and made sure we had what we needed. And he encouraged us to take a walk around the little pond. The area is nicely landscaped, with boardwalks, and cabins as well.
Getting married at Creekwood Gardens
Creekwood Gardens comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
