What couples say again and again
“The location is good as there is a parking lot right across; the venue looked stunningly beautiful as the garden was lush and green, as we hoped it would be (a June wedding).”
“My husband and I chose the complete elopement package, which was ideal for us since we wanted a small, stress-free ceremony.”

From the reviews
Chase court is a gem right in the middle of Baltimore. We just completed a family wedding there; and I can’t recommend Chase Court enough. It’s well maintained, professional, and perfect for a small to mid-sized wedding. Ours was 60-70 guests.
Chase Court was exactly what we needed for our short notice, international, intimate wedding ceremony. David Egan was able to organize an excellent and professional ceremony for my husband and I and our 16 guests with just 30 days notice!
Chase Court is a stunning hidden gem in Midtown Baltimore. So many other venues made our 30-guest wedding feel small or unimportant but David made us feel truly special. Nestled in the shadow of a stone-walled church, we were able to get those "wedding" vibes without having to have a religious ceremony.
My wife and I held our wedding here in May 2025. Our small ceremony for ~30 was wonderful and went off seamlessly. David was great and the location was beautiful. We first found Chase Court when our original venue fell through late. However, we ended up much happier this way.
Getting married at Chase Court – Baltimore Wedding Venue
Chase Court – Baltimore Wedding Venue comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Chase Court – Baltimore Wedding Venue
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Chase Court – Baltimore Wedding Venue — garden venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
