From the reviews
Dean, Stevie, Nikki, and the entire staff at Chanticleer Inn in Ashland made our son and daughter-in-law's wedding weekend truly unforgettable. When our children set their wedding date in Ashland, we began searching for a place that could comfortably accommodate our family.
The Chanticleer Inn, and its host Angela, are among the top travel experiences of my life. My husband and I chose to stay here after seeing the stellar reviews online, and the Chanticleer exceeded even those expectations. Angela is a truly compassionate human, with tremendous professionalism in her work.
This is a lovely inn, surrounded by peaceful gardens and enveloped by the sound of flowing water from the fountain and koi pond. Spacious and gracious accommodations! Fluffy towels! Delicious breakfasts! in addition to a kind and solicitous innkeeper. I look forward to my next visit!
Getting married at Chanticleer Inn
Chanticleer Inn comes up for weddings, going by their listing and couples’ reviews. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
