Okay, so my wife and I got married here in the month of June 2018. When I tell you the owner Sharon is an amazing individual, please believe me! She was there to answer any questions we had. She was also our officiant at our wedding and she did an exceptional job. She had all the guest and wedding party in tears!
Belle Chapel is an amazing and timeless wedding venue. We got married here in February, and it was it was everything we could have dreamed of and more. The owner, Sharon, was so accommodating of our needs even during the off-season, and she was the best resource we had while planning.
My son's wedding was held here. What a beautiful day! This beautiful 140 year old chapel was absolutely the perfect spot for this day. We had about 100 in attendance. I believe it was the perfect number. However, the chapel can hold 150. Sharon helps decorate the sanctuary.
Belle Chapel is such a beautiful wedding venue for a small intimate wedding. I have had the pleasure of photographing here countless times and I look forward to it each time. Sharon (the owner) is very kind, helpful and also is a very experienced wedding officiant.
Getting married at Belle Chapel
Belle Chapel comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth it. First, see the garden at the time of day and season you'd actually get married — a garden that glows at golden hour in June can look very different at noon in March, so ask what's in bloom for your date and walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move, and does it hold everyone?), shade and bugs for a summer afternoon, the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular garden dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
